Supervision
Supervision
I aim to help clinicians develop clear case formulations and understand the rationale behind interventions—the why, when, and how—while normalizing the learning process and validating the challenges of being newer to ISTDP or other psychodynamically oriented approaches. My approach to supervision is collaborative, grounded in ISTDP and psychodynamic principles, and focused on supporting clinicians as they strengthen their skills and clinical confidence. Supervision includes review of video recordings of clinical sessions to provide concrete, process-focused feedback and enhance learning.
