I provide supervision to clinicians interested in developing greater clarity, confidence, and depth in their clinical work, particularly within ISTDP and psychodynamically oriented approaches.

My aim is to help clinicians develop clear case formulations and a deeper understanding of the rationale behind interventions—when to intervene, how to intervene, and why. I also recognize and normalize the challenges that arise when learning ISTDP and other experiential, emotion-focused therapies.

My supervisory approach is collaborative, grounded in psychodynamic and ISTDP principles, and focused on helping clinicians strengthen both their technical skills and their capacity to remain emotionally present in complex clinical work.

Supervision includes review of recorded clinical sessions to provide concrete, process-focused feedback and support ongoing clinical development.
